Indore – Satyanarayan Patel, National General Secretary of the All India Congress and former MLA, and Chairman of the Shri Geeta Rameshwaram Trust, has assured that the tradition of the Ganesh Visarjan procession, which has been ongoing since 1942, will not be allowed to end. He has promised every possible support for this tradition.
Social worker Madan Parmaliya provided the details, stating that the centennial year of the mill floats in the Anant Chaturdashi Ganesh Visarjan procession is currently being celebrated. Satyanarayan Patel has assured assistance in the construction of the floats, including personally sponsoring a float for the Swadeshi Mill. In this regard, a delegation from the Swadeshi Mill Committee, including President Kanhaiyalal Marmat, Vice President Gendalal Verma, Secretary Champalal Verma, and Treasurer Hiralal Verma, met with Patel and presented him with a bouquet. Patel has agreed to support one of the floats.
