In celebration of the vibrant ‘Namaste Festival,’ which is marked with great enthusiasm across India, Navakar World Record is organizing a special event for emerging artists nationwide. This initiative, led by Miss Shraddha Jain, Chairperson of Navakar World Record, aims to promote Indian art and will take place from September 7, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
Miss Shradha Jain announced that the festival will kick off on September 7 with the arrival of Lord Ganapati Ganesh, coinciding with other significant events such as the Shwetabar tradition’s Kshamapana Day and the Digambar Jain Anjali Dashlakshan festival. The festival season will continue with Pitru Paksha, dedicated to ancestors, followed by the Navadurga festival, and will culminate with Diwali, Christmas, and New Year’s celebrations.
The Festival Art Fest 2024 presents a unique platform for showcasing Indian talent. Artists from all over India are invited to participate in various categories including painting, acting, singing, dancing, and comedy. To participate, painters must submit their works to the Navakar World Record office, while singers and dancers can send their audition tracks and dance videos online. Ten outstanding artists from each category will be selected and their names will be featured in the World Record. Additionally, these talented individuals will gain global exposure through online TV shows.
An 11-day jury process will be conducted to evaluate the entries, with a panel comprising three Padma Shri awardees, five international artists, and three senior journalists.
