Ujjain – For the first time, the Law Study Hall of Vikram University, Ujjain, celebrated National Space Day. The event commenced with the main guest, Vice-Chancellor Professor Akhilesh Kumar Pandey, and other faculty members performing the Saraswati Vandana. Department Head Professor D.D. Bediya welcomed the Vice-Chancellor and teachers with flower garlands.
During the event, the Vice-Chancellor emphasized the importance of National Space Day as a celebration of scientific achievements. Distinguished guest Professor Shailendra Kumar Sharma shed light on National Space Day and the efforts being made in India for space research.
Guest Professor Uma Sharma informed the students about Indian traditions and space science, while Assistant Professor Dr. Ganpat Ahirwar provided insights into ongoing research in physics.
Student Pratibha Singh presented the Vice-Chancellor with a poster related to National Space Day. The event concluded with expressions of gratitude to all the guests and the national anthem.
The event received invaluable support from Law Study Hall staff Umesh Karare, Sanjay Pal, Rama Tiwari, and researchers Hitansh Sharma, Gaurav Tiwari, along with fellow students Avadesh Badgotiya, Shivang Pandey, Ramcharan, Samarth Vipat, Suraj Malviya, and others.
